Shipping policy

Currently, shipping is only available within Canada via Canada Post or Chit Chats. All artwork and products ship from Tkaronto/Toronto, ON, Canada.
Processing times
Current processing time is: 1 - 3 days.
Some products and artwork may have different processing times and will be stated on their product page. Please take note of this and allow for extra delivery time when ordering.
Please note: There may be delays regarding delivery times. Please take this into consideration and allow extra time for your order to be delivered. I am not responsible for lost packages or delayed delivery times.
Shipping within Canada
Usually, Original Artwork and Art Prints will be shipped in a recyclable rigid mailer, and Notepads will be shipped in a biodegradable bubble mailer. Stickers will be shipped in a stamped envelope, unless your order is combined with Originals, Art Prints, and/or Notepads.
Original Artwork and Art Print orders do not have an untracked shipping option.
To keep costs as low as possible for you, I ship via Canada Post and Chit Chats and provide a few options, dependent on product types, weight, and distance:
Chit Chats Select: Only available for delivery to metropolitan areas. This option includes tracking for parcels shipped via Chit Chats. Estimated delivery time is 6-13 days, but it is not guaranteed.
Chit Chats Canada Tracked: This option includes tracking for parcels shipped via Chit Chats. Estimated delivery time is 4-8 days, but it is not guaranteed.
Expedited Parcel: Automatically calculated at checkout. This option includes tracking for parcels shipped via Canada Post. Estimated delivery time is 2-7 days, but it is not guaranteed.
Regular Parcel: Automatically calculated at checkout. This option includes tracking for parcels shipped via Canada Post. Estimated delivery time is 3-10 days, but it is not guaranteed.
USA Shipping is not available at this time, due to everchanging tariff information.
International Shipping is not available at this time.
